Thursday Prayer at Ten

Together but Apart

Thursday Prayer at Ten

As we cannot meet for Holy Communion  and fellowship on Thursdays we can though pray "together but apart" in the presence of Christ whilst remaining in our own homes.  Each week we will have a "cause" to pray about which will be advertised in the weekly Newsletter.

We will agree to devote 15 minutes, starting at 10 a.m. with the "Our Father" then praying for the weeks cause and concluding at 10.15 by saying the "Grace!.  You may wish commit to prayer "privately".  Or you may wish to be part of a "virtual group" if so register you names with reverend  07401272939 or email:  This email address is being protected from spambots. Either way your prayers are very valuable.  We are told in Acts ch6 v4 to "devote ourselves to prayer and serving the world" let us therefore do so as best we can in the present circumstances.

Our first virtual prayer meeting will be on Thursday 23rd April and we will offer prayer for "St. Andrew's & Edithmead, the Town, especially the hospital and Nursing/Residential Homes.  Remembering those who are alone, unwell or in any need.   We will give thanks for all who are in the essential services locally.”
